Students gain insights into practical experience and explore the versatility of vocational careers as an entry into the professional world in the school project "Vocational Diversity in Kleinwalsertal."

The intensive course followed by the vocational qualification exam paves the way for assistants to obtain a vocational qualification as a cook. Acquired knowledge and competencies in the profession are recognized, and essential background knowledge from a specialized education is supplemented. This tailor-made further qualification provides valuable additional skills and transforms assistants into professionals.

Since autumn 2021, the Tourismusakademie Kleinwalsertal has been offering language courses via the online provider Speexx. We spoke with Ivanka from the IFA Hotel Alpenrose and Katarina, au pair with the Leißing family in the Marburger Haus, about their experiences with the German courses.

In the 13th edition of the initiative "Ausgezeichnete familienfreundliche Betriebe" (awarded family-friendly companies) of the state of Vorarlberg, Kleinwalsertal Tourismus eGen and the municipality of Mittelberg were also awarded.
