What you can expect from us
The idea of the Nature Hotel is an attempt to prove that economy and ecology are not necessarily opposites. Ecology, in our understanding, has nothing to do with asceticism and comfort sacrifices, but much more with conscious living and healthy enjoyment.
Quality and regionalityAll food is from controlled organic farming. As far as available we buy in the Genussregion Kleinwalsertal, Vorarlberg and Allgäu. The trend "from nose to tail", that is the utilization of the whole animal, lives the Naturhotel Chesa Valisa already for over 30 years. Because in Kleinwalsertal, the animals are bought whole and processed themselves. In summer, vegetables and herbs are grown in perma-culture in the hotel's own garden. In addition, we cook vegan and Ayurvedic and cater to food intolerances of our guests. Already in 2004, the Naturhotel was awarded the Green Hood.
