We expect the following from you
- Completed apprenticeship or university degree
- At least two years of professional experience, e.g. in service/consulting
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package and an understanding of and interest in booking systems
- Good knowledge of the hotel/tourism industry is an advantage
- Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
- Assertiveness, ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment
- You have a representative, confident manner and strong presentation skills
- You are characterized by a service- and solution-oriented way of thinking
