  • Decisive for this position are a charming, friendly interaction with our guests and team members to create a feel-good atmosphere, high ambition to spoil our guests with culinary delights from kitchen and cellar, fun in teamwork, communication skills, professionalism, idealism and flexibility, as well as a well-groomed appearance.
  • Management of a station with own collection
  • Responsibility for the preparation and execution of a smooth service process
  • Assistance in the training of our apprentices
