WE ARE „Ausgezeichneter familienfreundlicher Betrieb 2022-2023“!

Family-friendly policies in the company are not a short-term trend, but a commitment to employ happy and motivated employees in the long run. In the 13th edition of the initiative "Ausgezeichnete familienfreundliche Betriebe" (awarded family-friendly companies) of the state of Vorarlberg, Kleinwalsertal Tourismus eGen and the municipality of Mittelberg were also awarded.

Kleinwalsertal Tourismus eGen and the municipality of Mittelberg are "Ausgezeichneter familienfreundlicher Betrieb 2022 - 2023" (awarded family-friendly company 2022 - 2023). On 08 February 2022, the two PriMa partner businesses were awarded the label at a press foyer with Governor Mag. Markus Wallner.

The label "familienfreundlicher Betrieb" (family-friendly company) was created by an initiative of the state of Vorarlberg and is always awarded for two years. During the evaluation process, strict criteria such as flexible working time models, family-friendly policies around maternity leave and re-entry, support for fathers and other family-supporting services are examined. The award for both organizations is a confirmation of the positive developments happening throughout Kleinwalsertal.

Mayor Andi Haid is also pleased "We are proud to have received this award from the state of Vorarlberg and are constantly working on further improvements. This label shows our attractiveness as an employer and our appreciation towards our employees."
